Ever wondered how you can improve your performance as an Endurance athlete?  We are truly blessed to have some of the best athletes in our huddle who can help anyone achieve personal goals and objectives with their training.  Please note that we will be scheduling regular opportunities for athletes to improve their swimming, biking and running abilities and if you have any ideas, please feel free to to drop us an e-mail or comment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Swim Clinic #3

Dr Nicole Jones will be instructing athletes on various techniques to improve their overall strength, ability and timing in the water. 

Techniques will include swimming posture, strokes, kicking, breathing, swimming straight, timing, transitioning from the swim, training tips, etc..

RUNNING CLINIC #2

 runners from beginning to advanced will be shown various techniques to improve their overall endurance performance including basic techniques, application to triathlons (don't worry if you're just a runner, we won't spend much time on this), workout routines based on specific distances and goals, and stretching. 

Don't forget your water and your running clothes; we'll do a quick fartlek session that everyone will be able to take part in.
